WHO WE ARE
Meraki Green Development (MGD) was established in Athens in September 2021 to draw on the founders’ several decades of experience developing and running several innovative energy storage, integrations and software companies, renewable energy projects, RE project financing, private equity and venture capital as well as international hotel and resort development.
The engines of growth in the Greek economy are centered around the Green Energy Transition and continued build out of hospitality and energy sectors with innovative and emblematic design and technologies. MGD brings its experience from both sectors to provide the necessary solutions to enable the transition.

Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Mr. Neihardt brings deep governmental experience gained from working in the U.S. White House Budget Office during two Presidential Administrations as well as leading the Washington DC teams of iconic companies Qualcomm and Hilton. With a specific focus on real estate and clean energy policy, he is an advisor to leading private equity and venture capital firms.

Yiannis brings Senior Consultant experience from a top accounting firm, he thrives in fast paced work environments requiring stamina, expertise, accurate judgment and well-oiled negotiation skills.
Delivering team results by operating smoothly teams under his lead even when the pressure is on conducting Due Diligence investigations, participating in major M&As or negotiating crucial business agreements.
